Hello and a warm welcome to you and to our unit at beautiful Golden Beach on the Sunshine Coast – our favourite place in the world.

Our names are Angela (11-years-old), Jonathon (8-years-old) and Kristopher (5-years-old) and we have designed our unit to ensure that you can get the most from your stay.

Our parents have bought this unit so that we can spend our holidays in what we believe is paradise. Unfortunately we can’t visit as often as we would like but when we can’t be here we enjoy sharing this treasured place with you.

So we hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy our visits to Sails Resort. We trust that you’ll enjoy this unit, the facilities of the resort and the many natural and man-made attractions of this unique location.

We place our unit in your care during your visit would surely appreciate it if you could leave it the way that you found it – because to us it is more than a holiday apartment, its our own secret garden in paradise. 

Just a reminder … please don’t forget to lock up when you leave during the day because storms (especially in summer) can hit without warning and create quite a mess. We know it can get hot in summer but with the apartment fully screened and the fans, it will cool down quickly when you unlock upon your return.

We would also appreciate your co-operation in not smoking in the unit. We suffer from asthma and we really don’t like the smell of smoke.
